What we collect
Your name, work email and company when you subscribe or book a call; the files and messages you send with requests; and basic, cookie-free analytics about which pages are visited. We don't buy data or build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
To run your subscription: to design what you ask for, send invoices, and talk to you about your work. Analytics help us see which pages are useful. That's all.
Who can see it
The designers on your account, our operations lead and the services we use to run the studio (payments, email, file storage). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never show client work publicly without written permission.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records for seven years, as tax law requires. Request files for 12 months after your subscription ends, then they're deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@tessaly.studio. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email subscribers two weeks before it takes effect. Last updated 1 September 2026.
