The subscription
A Tessaly plan gives you a set number of active requests at a time, worked on by our senior designers. Requests are handled in the order you set on your board.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or quarterly in advance by card. Quarterly billing includes an 8% discount. Prices exclude tax.
Pausing
You can pause at any time. Unused days carry over for up to 60 days and resume when you do. A plan can be paused twice per calendar year.
Cancelling
Cancel by message or from your account before your next billing date. Work in progress at cancellation is delivered as it stands.
Ownership
You own everything we deliver to you, including source files, from the moment it's delivered. We keep the right to show it in our portfolio only if you agree in writing.
Fair use
One request is one deliverable you could brief in a paragraph. Very large requests are split into a sequence, agreed with you before work starts.
Liability
We take care with every file, but our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
