Feedback scattered across email, chat and a call is the slowest way to revise anything. We ask for comments pinned directly on the Figma file, in one batch per round.
One batch, one round
One round usually covers it. Our average is 1.4 rounds per request, and most second rounds are small: a line of copy, an image swap, a size change.
If a comment changes the brief (a new audience, a new goal), we treat it as a new request. That keeps the queue honest and your current request on time.
