Design needs aren’t steady, and a subscription shouldn’t pretend they are. You can pause from your account at any time, and the unused days carry over for up to 60 days.
What waits for you
When you come back, you get the same lead designer and the same queue. There’s no re-onboarding and nothing to re-explain.
If you’re pausing because the subscription isn’t working, tell us. We’d rather fix it than lose you quietly.
