The brief
Our product uses three different icon sets. We need one set of 120 icons in our style, delivered as a Figma library and SVGs.
What we delivered
120 icons in Figma with variants for 16, 20 and 24px, an SVG export and a one-page usage guide.
How it went
Gridwork listed every icon in use across their product. Ji-woo merged duplicates and ended with 120 concepts, then drew a keyline grid everyone could follow.
The set was split into four requests of 30 icons, so the product team could start swapping icons in the first week.
Three revision rounds tightened corner radii and two metaphors. The final library replaced three older sets.
